Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://constructionservicesmanteca.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. HH Builders Construction reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, HH Builders Construction markets and arranges General Contractor, Flooring Services, Plumbing Services, Concrete Contractor, Kitchen Remodeling, Bathroom Remodeling. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by HH Builders Construction or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
Warranty Disclaimer. HH Builders Construction makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.
Cap on Damages. Liability of HH Builders Construction arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify HH Builders Construction from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Law and Venue. CA law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in CA.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
